INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Candidates to be considered for the establishment of an employment relationship

 

 

In accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of personal data 

 

 

The personal data of the data subject are processed by Mintt S.r.l., as Data Controller, in compliance with the principles of personal data protection established by EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

 

METHODS AND PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

 

We inform you that the data will be processed with the support of electronic and paper means with the following purposes:

 

• Selection and evaluation of candidates for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship

 

LEGAL BASIS

 

The legal basis is the consent freely given by the data subject. The communication of the above data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion of the contract. Without consent, it will not be possible to proceed with the establishment of the employment relationship.

The data subject may revoke consent to the data processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation. 

 

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

 

The Data will be processed, to the extent necessary, by authorized, adequately educated and trained personnel of the Data Controller as well as by personnel of third parties who provide services to the Data Controller and perform Data processing on behalf of and at the instruction of the latter as data processors. Without prejudice to communications performed in fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations, all data collected and processed may be communicated exclusively for the purposes specified above to the following categories of recipients:

 

• Internal office that will be in charge of personnel selection

 

RETENTION PERIOD

 

The data retention period is: 1 year from the receipt of the Curriculum Vitae 

 

 

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

 

The Data Subject may exercise, in connection with the data processing described herein, the rights provided by the GDPR (Articles 15-22), including: 

a. receive confirmation of the existence of the Data and access to its content (access rights);

b. update, modify and/or correct the Data (right of rectification);

c. request deletion or restriction of the processing of Data processed in violation of the law including Data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the Data were collected or otherwise processed (right to be forgotten and right to restriction);

d. object to the processing (right to object);

e. to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Data Protection Authority www.garanteprivacy.it) in the event of a violation of data protection regulations;

f. receive an electronic copy of the Data concerning him/her as a Data Subject, when such Data have been rendered in the context of the contract and request that such Data be transmitted to another data controller (right to data portability).
